Full Circle

Deeco Services Limited has utilised the Intersoft business software in our business since the early 1990’s. While support in the early days was at times not easy, this was overcome with Full Circle taking over the product support in 1998. Since that time, Deeco’s business has grown substantially in the NZ Water Supply Reticulation Industry, with multiple branch locations as well as importing, manufacturing and distribution from numerous stocking locations.

We fully support Intersoft’s decision to award Full Circle as dealer of the year, as Deeco now utilise their expertise not only for Intersoft software, but for our total network support and hardware supply. When we recently established a new manufacturing business in the Horowhenua, we had no hesitation in turning to Full Circle’s expertise to equip this new business with our total software and hardware needs.

The Armed Forces Canteen Council (AFCC) provides a wide range of retail and wholesale services to members of the NZ Defence Force. The AFCC has trading outlets at camps and bases throughout New Zealand operating under the trading name of “Hot Shots”. Outlets include grocery supermarkets, variety shops, duty free stores, cafeterias, canteens for field exercises and a wholesale service for military groups. The AFCC also operate a shop and bar facility at New Zealand’s Scott Base at Antarctica. Profits made by the AFCC are transferred to the NZ Defence Force Welfare Funds.

The AFCC has established a firm relationship with Full Circle since the decision was made in the late 90’s for the AFCC to adopt an IT based retail and financial management system. From the outset Full Circle have provided extensive and effective advice on the design and implementation of systems as well as providing a wide range of support services. The AFCC values the relationship with Full Circle and has found that the services provided well meet our requirements. We always find the Full Circle team to be very approachable and genuinely committed to providing us with effective and timely support.
